Looking to push yourself past your physical limits? Cape Fear Fitness is to the rescue. Our high intensity classes will blast you into outer space without feeling like you’re in zero gravity. We have an assortment of high intensity classes that will put you to the test. Our Spin Flex class incorporates 30 minutes of calorie burning SPIN rides as well as total body designed workouts when off the bike. Looking for maximum overdrive? Our OVERDRIVE class will have you in some of the best shape of your life, utilizing 30 minutes of high tabata training. How about keeping that beach body all year long? Our “Absolute Core” class will have you ready for the waves in no time.

Room 2 Classes

  • The first 30 minutes is simple, fun cardio moves done in sets of 5 for 1-2 minutes each, followed by 30 minutes of tone-you-up strength using hand weights or the sand bar, finishing with synergy designed to open the joints and lubricate connective tissue with flowing movements. Come for any 30 minute segment or stay for all for a complete workout.

  • 30 minutes of being ALL ABOUT the abs. This is one class that will keep you beach ready all year long.

  • Ballet, Pilates, & cardio for a total body toning class!

  • Full body workout in only 30 minutes…EXPRESS style! Each class includes elements of cardio, working muscles, and focusing on the core. You will sweat and feel your strongest after every single class. *Weights and mats often required*

  • Kick and punch your way to your target heart rate. Add some new and old Hi-Lo moves, banging music and the 30 minutes is over before you know it. Round off this total body workout with 30 minutes of compound muscle moves using weights and bands.

  • Full body interval training. High intensity workout with use of body weight, hand weights, and occasionally kettlebells, steps, or Bosu balls. The intervals improve cardiovascular fitness and burn fat while building muscle. End of class will be an ab and core session with stretching for a complete workout. This is a class made for all fitness levels and can be modified up or down.

  • Provides a way for getting more kinds of light resistance into your Pilates session. This versatile, padded, metal circle uses isometrics to target and tone shoulders, arms, back, hips, thighs, calves, and core.

Room 2 Classes

  • Improve your overall strength and cardiovascular endurance with a high energy interval workout. Weight training and cardiovascular drills alternate to give a full body workout while keeping heart rate up and results real.

  • Kickboxing Action-packed workout full of punching and kicking. Focused on improving strength, muscle tone, & endurance.

  • Vigorous moves in short intervals: 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest… for 4 minutes! repeat! burn!

  • Indoor cycling with varying resistance levels while climbing uphill, sprinting, & jumping on the bike

  • High-intensity strength & cardio workout in an upbeat, competitive environment.

  • Use of floor exercises & resistance bands for strength training & muscle toning.
