Our Child Care program will take away all of the stress of finding a babysitter and turn it into motivation to achieve your fitness goals! Our program runs from Mon-Friday 8:30-11 am, Monday and Wednesday from 5-7:30pm and Saturday from 9-11am. Contact Shannon Gordon at for more details!


Birthday Parties

A birthday is probably one of the most important times for a kid. What better way for them to celebrate this time than with a birthday party at Cape Fear Fitness! Choose a day, bring the kids and the cake and party supplies, and allow us to take care of the rest. Whether you choose a FitKid, Tumbling, Mini-Movers or Dance Party, they are sure to have a blast! It’s no secret that poor nutrition and inactivity are putting today’s youth at risk of developing life-threatening diseases as they age. According to the American Heart Association, about 1 in 2 children, ages 2-19, are overweight and 1 in 6 are obese. Our FitKid Program is a fun, interactive way to educate your child with the benefits of fitness while having a blast doing it! Your kids won’t be disappointed!

Tumbling at CFF

We are excited to welcome Tumbling Head Coach Alex Hanks to our team!  She comes to us with the following experience:

6 years cheerleading experience (7th-12th grade)
-10 years of gymnastics experience (Age 2-12)
-3 years of cheerleading coaching experience (5th & 6th grade)
-6+ years of recreational gymnastics & tumbling experience (ages 18 months-18 years) Tumble Tots of Lexington & New Vision Gymnastics (coached a boys competitive team for 3 months at New Vision).

Tumbling Class: (Pre-Registration Required)
Tuesday’s 6:30-7:30pm

Toddler tumbling classes are a great way to help your child develop strength and flexibility, as well as concentration skills. Your little one will run, jump, roll, crawl and have a great time. The youngsters will become more independent as they learn to overcome fear and try new things!

Children who exercise and develop basic motor skills at an early age are more likely to continue participating in physical activity for a lifetime.

Join your child for a little bit of moving and grooving! We will sing, dance, jump, giggle and play together! This class is all about having fun with your little one and their friends.
