Youth Fitness

Youth Fitness is vital for a foundation of discipline, as well as a support of physical and mental strength. The purpose of youth fitness is to create a premise that physical activity and participation are important for all students, regardless of their athletic skill or ability. Throughout various activities, students involved in our classes will learn how to incorporate physical activity into their daily lives. We hope to instill an enjoyment of physical activity, as well as an understanding of the importance of maintaining physical fitness.
