Visiting CrossFitters are welcome to join any of our CrossFit classes. If you choose to follow your own programming you may do so during any of our designated Cape Fear Fitness open hours.

As a courtesy, we ask you that your coach at your home box shoot us a quick email (bcopper9@yahoo.com)  letting us know what class time(s) you plan to attend so that we can notify the coaches to expect a visitor. Please take a minute to view our class schedule.  All classes are capped at 10 members per class so please be aware that class may be full.  Our full time members take priority.

All first time visitors: please arrive an additional 15 – 20 minutes prior on your first visit to fill out a waiver, purchase your passes ($15/day or week pass $40-) and get accustomed to our box. There is a warmup written on the whiteboard to be completed on your own. Ten minutes after the start of class you will receive instruction on the workout of the day from your Coach.
